Weird worm bothering my haddoni.

The worm looks VERY close if not the same as the one i am going to post a vid of. (Not mine) I dunno if its bothering my nem or not its by the foot of my nem and its been ****ed and soon as I noticed the nem acting funny i see this guy.

I have to study it a bit more but light sends it flying back. I know its bright neon orange
