This might sound weird and stupid but what does clown fish poop look like. My clown did have white stringe poop and I gave meds, now it has red simi-stringe poop. Is that good. I feed mysis, cyco-ezee and today I feed nutrifin pellets.

Depends what they're eating. Typically stringy white poop is a bad sign. When mine poop it's usually pieces, rather than strings, and coloured greener/redder/browner depending on their diet the previous day.

yeah. mine has red when it eats marine cusine, lighter brown with mysis. its sorta stringy looking i guess.. long and skinny.

I wouldn't worry about diseases, but our clown's poop almost looks like small mice poop. It's always brown, but her diet is mostly mysis, with some brine, cyclopese, and rarely marine cusine.
