Weldon #16, Where to find in Chicago area?

I got some weldon at a hobby shop, but I think it was #3 or #4. It is one of those hobby stores that has the remote control cars, plastic model kits, plastic trains, etc. People spending exhorbitant amounts of money on some hobby, can you imagine that!

What did you use the #3 or #4 for? Did it work?

I need to glue a threaded sleeve to a pump for an Octupus skimmer.

I used the #3/4 for an ABS bulkhead on an acrylic box, plus all the joints on the box itself.
