Wellso Brain coral bleaching or browning?

I got a brain coral 3-4 months ago, that it was look very colorful, but now the color is losing, I dont know why, cuz its kind of whiting and browning at same time. When its bleaching, cuz light is too strong when its browning cuz the light is weak.
I forgot to mention that I moved the brain coral up to the live rock for 3 days, I thought it was not enough lighting. As after I moved up, he puffed up actually! like expended wider and more puffy!
So, is this a sign of he wasnt getting enough lighting from before and now he is happy?Should I just keep it up on the live rock or move to shad area???

which kind of lighting setting do you have?

Low placement, strong lighting. Med flow. To me he looks like he's lacking nutrients.

im using 6 T5 bulbs about 20 inch down from the surface

The problem is ppl say this coral is bleached that's why losing color. Should I move to shady area or keep it under strong lighting?
