Pretty much pick a welding supply out of the phone book that is near you.

I go to Trico in Elyria.

I go to Welders Supply on Train Ave. They will fill your tank while you wait if you have a good one of your own (ie aluminum) or you can just do an exchange.

I go to airgas near the airport across from the Ford plant.

I also go to Airgas on 5575 Engle Rd - right across from Ford plant. Actually, I was just there today getting my CO2. It was about $15 for 5lb tank. They don't fill, only exchange. So make sure you get an aluminum tank in return for giving them yours. I know they have several alum 5lb tanks still there (plus mine from today).
