Hey Sean (Chris), Thanks for all the beer. I think I'm still drunk......

:D

Today was a blast. Lot's of newbies! I like seeing that.

As usual, thanks to ReefMaiden, KirstenK and Clkwrk for keeping the auction going smoothly, in spite of the incessant commotion from the loud bald guy in the back of the room...

I got home and started tearing down my brand new 140 SPS tank, because I've decided I'm going into the Zoo farming business.

Van, you owe me a frag of that purple rim green cap...... and the bucket.

it was a great turn out and thank you ReefMaiden, KirstenK and Clkwrk for keeping it going so fast.

P.S. thanks Van for the cap frag and Chris for keeping my wife happy(with beer) while i spent the money.

That was AWESOME!!!! It was my first Prop Auction, actually my first time there at all. I had a great time and got some great frags. You guys really ran that well. Thanks!

Jesse - Melissa seemed like she was bidding more than you were. :)

Thanx everyone. It was a great meeting and things went really smooth. Having lot numbers and not walking stuff around really sped things up.

I love the PROP cap. I have been waiting for it for a long time.

yea i really like the new format. the lot numbers and viewing before hand made it easier to follow what was going on and made it run a lot smoother.

it's just too bad everyone wanted the corals i wanted...
:fun2: (thats my hope of getting cool new zoos being shot down)

I think the new format worked great. Thanks to the PROP team for putting on a great event.

Rob I know exactly what you mean by zoo farming...:D

It was great to see so many new faces. I didn't get to meet that many but good luck to you all.

I had fun too. Thanks to all the coordinators, Kirsten, Erin, Chris, Scott, and the others for making my trip worthwhile.

I recall seeing a NAMES AND FACES thread. It would be nice if the new folks could post over there so I can occasionaly glance at the mug shots when dealing with you guys and gals online.

Thank you all for making my wife, Lynde, and my introduction to the scene very friendly. We came, we bid, we (mericifully) didn't win anything. I would have had to explain how we needed to immediately get some LR and probably better lighting. Anyway, I took her to ATR after the meeting and we had a great conversation with Chris there about where to realistically go with our tank from here. Thanks all for a great afternoon!

Thanks folks ! It was a wonderful auction and like always its nice to see new faces as this hobby grows in the valley.

I also agree this went much faster with way less confusion .Well besides me skipping numbers and having a hard time reading those thin black numbers on the cards in the back  I really felt age kicking in yesterday

Had a great time and the new format rocks. Rob and Jesse no problem on the beers, needless to say I got home and just totally redecorated my cube again. Was nice seeing all the new faces as usual. Seems to me the LPS/Zoo farming isn't a bad gig to get into. Oh well time to do house cleaning and laundry.

Till mext month.

Thanks to all the peeps that showed up to make this a great event. I hope all the corals that people took home are doing well.

As a first time auctioneer I want to thank the people who spoke up their bids. This also helps to reduce the total auction time.

Don't forget the upcoming events.
