I have been using two 6025's in my display tank and I just purchased the 9005 with the in sump attachment and all I can say is...
*WOW*!!! :smokin: These products bring new meaning to the term "German Engineering"!
The 6025's beat the K's hands down both in size and flow generated! And are allot better looking and less obtrusive!
Every other skimmer I have dealt with required a break in period, blew micro bubbles, sounded like a vacuum was running and required me to stand on my head, sacrifice a virgin, pray to the east, hit the stations of the cross, and fart the alphabet in Mandarin before it dialed in and worked correctly.
I dropped the 9005 into my sump, fired it up, gave a small adjustment to the blue air flow knob, and it was off to the races. No bubbles, no fiddling, no nothing. It just started skimming and you could hear a mouse sneeze its so quiet!
