What am I ??

Anybody have an idea what the mystery creature is in the blue circle. There are the short arms coming from the body, but you cannot see the pairs of very fine tentacles about 5mm long coming out of each arm.

maybe a hydroid of some kind.

Check to see if it pulsated when touched. About a year ago I was given some snails from a Long Island collecting trip, that I didn't QT. I actually sprouted some type of jelly fish from them. They looked exactly like that and there were hundreds that would settle on the glass, near the top. If I were to disturb the water you could watch them sput around. Really cool.

Look down at them from above and see if you notice a bell. I'm curious...
