What are PODS?

I hear this term used when discussing refuges.

They will thrive in your tank , but if you ever get a dragon then a refug. will be needed to support population. Dragons main diet is pods and can clean a tank fast.

in simple terms pods are tiny live animals that eat micro,macro algeas(amongst other things im sure) they are great for manderins and other finicky eating fish.a lot of times youll get them in live rock,maybe on a frag rock/plug ect.they multiply fast and are good reef inhabitants.
