What are PPE?

PPE's (like RPE's, GPE's, etc.) are Protopalythoa species. They are similar to zoas, but much larger (typical of protopaly's). PPE's are a nice purple center with neon green skirt and neon strip mouth. They originally came from Blane Peron, but the term is now used more to describe the look than the lineage.
