What are proper Calcium levels?

Hi everyone. I'm starting to get into corals so I got a calcium test kit. What are the proper Calcium levels? Thanks.

Somewhere between 400 and 450 is what I shoot for. My Salifert test kits say NSW is 400 to 425.

Says FOWLR, are you going to start a reef? Calcium isn't as much of a concern with FOWLR as it is with a reef setup.

I agree, 450ppm is optimal, I use twopartsolution.com Ca supplement to get my tanks levels where they are supposed to be. Its cheap and easy... my kind of thing.
