What are some good start out corals?

Hahaha, I would love all my rocks to be encased in xenia. Unfortunately, it doesn't travel well. I also think green star polyps are pretty.

Whenever I buy a new coral the first thing I do is research if it becomes invasive, because who wants to deal with that crap. One of the reasons I like SPS more is because they don't take over the tank like a lot of softies. For SPS some easy ones are the montiporas. I am lazy and never test my water. They are hard to kill. I also have a torch I like. They can sting other corals so give them some room.

What I started with

What I started with

I started my 29 biocube about 2 years ago. The first coral I got was a 2 headed Duncan...now has about 20+. You cant go wrong with Acans. I never had luck with Zoas. the frags last a few weeks and then melt away, so I gave up on them, for now. my Euphorbias have taken off. I never put in Xenias or GSP. The best thing I did was upgrade to LED's and get a chiller.
