Sorry I wasn't trying to find out if they jump or not...... In regards to clownfish, chromis, gobies, and wrasses, are they really docile and non-aggressive? I''m trying to find out if they will nip up other fish that get introduced after them. I'm still stickin to my thread topic
You're going to need a cover with practically most fish, to be honest. I'm guessing your tank a reef? If not, I wouldn't be concerned with the slight light loss caused by an eggcrate top. If so, I still wouldn't be TOO concerned, depending on which inverts you're keeping.
Pretty much ANY fish will jump, and IME, even those that folks would think "no way...that fish will NEVER jump" can end up on the carpet.
not IME...dottybacks are aggressiveOrchid dottybacks are great too.
as dottybacks go!...OK, but...IMO not what OP asked...IME orchids are quite peaceful as dottybacks go. They will defend their home/hole, but, otherwise are very easy-going.
What are the most docile/non-aggressive fish??
