What are these bug type critters

Are these harmful? can these the the problem with my Ricordias dying or shrinking

I have white ones and red ones.

Flatworm exit won't kill the ones in the first picture.

Several of the wrasses will eat flatworms.

Do they look segmented up close? Im thinking chitons as well, they don't look like flatworms to me, at least not the dreaded red planaria ones.

They are chiltons I think.

Even on the off chance that they are flatworms, which they dont look like any ive ever seen, they dont look anything like the harmful flatworms.

So in either case you are fine.
