What are these? Orange skirts, dull red center

I have had these guys for awhile, and never really knew what they were. Any ideas? Do they even have a name?

Not a safe cracker, they have no orange, those look like a cross between a pink panther and a bam bam, dont think there named

names are just bul*s*it marketing gimmicks, names don't matter other than the fact a store sell it for more if the name seems popular.
