as stated those are harmless, leave them be they will dies off soon enough.

Or get a sixline. I believe they eat them up. I did get a frag with flatworms on it years ago and they were increasing in numbers. I added a sixline and have never seen another one. Who knows, maybe coincidence, but I don't think so.

Also all my awesome little stomatella snails, which had been procreating in my tank, got chomped as well. Nothing but empty shells.
