What are these...True Percs, False Percs or One of Each?

What are these...True Percs, False Percs or One of Each? What is your opinion and why? I recently purchased and received these from a Reef Central Sponsor...They were also purchased advertised as being up to 3/4" they are both at least 1 1/2 ". Not a happy camper. I needed them tiny for a reason. What is your opinion on the type they are? Click on the attached link to see them. Thanks.
