What are these white spots on my green cap?

It will easily fill in if you are growing. I wouldn't worry a lot.

I had to get rid of a clown goby which was totally destroying whole colonies of SPS. I gave him away to someone that didn't have any sps.

I thought it would be debris or possibly nudibranches.

Glad I stumbled on this thread....I spotted something this morinng before the lights come on in my 29 and on the glass was a nudi that I didn't recognize.

Something I've not seen in the tank before. I followed this thread to the other one and sure enough it was one of those Monti eating ones. Now I don't have any monti's but I did receive a zoo frag from a friend that has monti's in his tank. Hoping that the lack of monti's will let this pest dye out. I do have some stonys, mostly LPS.

Just another reason to QT regardless of what size a frag it is from another tank.

My luck it will turn out to be..... it sure looked like the Monti variety.
