What are these?

These just appeared recently in my tank. The Tank is 30 months old, was started using dry reef rock, latest parameters are 10ppm No3, 450Ca, 1280 Mg, and 10kDH running salinity @ 1.024 and Ph 8.2. Lights are running T5 and LED in a 200L tank @ 8.5hours in 78Deg F temp. This substance is now in 2 places, in areas of low light at base of tank, specifically on 2 rocks
Do I need to get the rocks out and cut this stuff off??

Any thoughts on what it might be?
