What are these?

All the sudden I have some of these odd looking balloons around my sand bed. Good or bad?
I also have a good amount of cyano I am struggling to clean up.

I would syphon the sand and work on getting rid of the cyano.

Nope...quite the opposite...
The cyano of course needs to be monitored/controlled but the bubbles are normal/harmless
