That's a new one. Does it move or is it fixed? Are those curved back 'arms' from the water current or just the way they are shaped?

I’ve only seen these on LV-426. It’s a face hugger.

A better picture and/or video would help. But at first glance it reminded me of a small white brittle star. Can you clarify where you found them? Brittle stars certainly would not be in fresh water as is indicated in the picture caption.
