what ballast for radium bulbs

i have a 180 gal sps reef. has 2 400 watt, 1 250 watt MH, lumenark reflectors, ballast that came with reflectors, 200 watts T5. not getting good Par [250 to 180 rang], thought a dif ballast might work better. ideas?

IMO the best ballast for them is the PFO HQI which would overdrive it if your talking SE/mogul to give out more PAR

I like the M80 HQI ballasts for the 250 watt Radium alot.
