What Brands?

I have been looking at buying my Sheet Algae from the stores, Dierbergs and Shcnucks have packs of Nori and the stores along olive in U-City have them. Can you tell me what brands you might buy, and what to look for? I see that the store packaged Seaweed has those little packs in them to pull out Moisture. Would that do anything to the Seaweed to make it bad for the fish?

I think those things just pull stuff in and dont put anything out into the food

I feed my tank Emerald Cove brand. I bought it at Whole foods. Wife gave me a funny look too. It says Organic Pacific Nori. 10 sheets .9 oz. It is untoasted Pophyra Yezoensis, which I guess is the type of seaweed. My emerald crab loves the stuff and my Bicolor blenny picks at the strips I put out. I have had no issues with the little mositure control pack either. I didn't even know it was in there until I just looked at the pack.

Thank u. I just wanted to make sure there was no issues with the non-petstore bought sheets. The one at dierbergs stated it was toasted so I will skip that. I go by whole foods all the time, I will pick up some from there.

roasted is fine, in fact the ones you buy in the LFS packages are roasted. Just look at the ingredients and see if anything else is added. Some have soy etc.
