Hi everyone,
After seeing all your beautiful pictures, I am wondering what a good digital camera would be to use for these beautiful macro shots? Also, do you know of any with a remote? TY. :D

I use a Canon Powershot G2, bought it years ago for a premium price.. Pretty good macro shots and it has a remote :). They have a newer one out now but mine still works perfectly fine.

Sony A 100 .. just got a new minolta macro lens that the hubby got so dont know exactly what model off the top of my head.

I've got a Sony Digital Mavica but it's mega pixels are only 1.6. It's an older one. At the time it cost a lot. WAYYYY too much by today's standards. I can't get up close shots with it. The pictures aren't as sharp as I'd like. I'll check some of those out on ebay. Thank you all.

Share setting, please?

Old, relatively cheap, Pentax Optio 30:

macro mode, just 2 buttons to operate after initial settings.

I use a Nikon D70 with a 60mm Nikon Macro lens...looking to get a 105mm macro at some point. My shots are far from awesome but I get a decent shot 1 out of every 20-30 shots, lol. Darn camera is to smart for me...definately operator error and white balance/depth of field is where I struggle on a regular basis. I think a remote is optional on these cameras, but not sure.
