You could try fragging / cutting it. Simply cut the entire head off and glue that down. It looks like the side is rotting away (or something was eating it). There are several websites that show you step by step how to do it (heck just go to youtube and there are at least 50 movies of it!) if you're worried.

If it is still inflated and looking good then maybe it will be o.k. . If its not, you might want to frag it (and make lots more at the same time!)
