What can I do to promote reproduction of my Zoos ?

I have recently purchased a number of very nice Zoanthid frags.

I have them in a mature (2yrs) 30 gallon x-high tank with 150 watts of MH (HQI). Thay are between the middle and bottom third if the tank (18-20 inches down from the top).

I feed my tank with DT's Photoplankton and Cyclopeze.

What else can I do to promote reproduction, specifically of my zoanthid populations ?

Thanks,
Allen

Raising them up a bit and having a good flow over them generally will lead to more growth of most.

don't stare at them they won't do it infront of you ;)

they are shy

maybe some barry white and candles?

what type of zoa's are they some just hate to grow some are fast growers.

I second the idea of not touching them. Mine close up if I stare at them too hard.

If they are wild it may take a while...if they are tank bred they may take right off.

Takes about 6-8 months for the wild ones to really take off.
