What can i keep under 56 total daylight t5 watts in a 75g?

I have 4 48" t5 bulbs that are NO at 28w per bulbs. I have 2 actinic and 1 10k and 1 6700 bulbs. I have some protopalys that are exploding (came on my LR) and coraline algae is also spreading rapidly. If i added some corals to the mid to upper level of the tank, what could i grow in my tank? The lights set on top of my tank and there are 2 shelves in my tank... one about 10" from the top and the other about 7 or 8" from the top...

Organisms i was thinking about:
Colt coral or kenya tree
Green Toadstool Leather
more Zoanthids
ricordia
maybe some mushrooms

Would i be able to keep all of these? I think my tank is on the right track due to the explosion of feather dusters, protopalys and pineapple sponges.

The lighting limits you to pretty much the stuff you mentioned. I don't even know if you could keep LPS... However, there are plenty of shrooms and softies that you could keep provided you feed well and provide the other necessary conditions of course.

well i don't know if i want to try any of the hard corals yet. i really like the softies... how they sway in the current and stuff. those listed are the ones i want and if my light is fine then i see no reason to upgrade right now. I'm checking before hand because i dont want to ever get an animal that is doomed in my current setup
