What can I keep under my lighting?

I finally purchased my lighting, and got it in today. I have 3 175 watt halide retrofits for my 75 gallon reef tank. Each end will have a 10,000K bulb, and the middle will have a 14,000K bulb. My question is, will this be enough light to support anything? If not, what should I stay away from? Thank You!

I think you could keep anything you want with those lights.

Thats alot of watts. You can keep what ever you want with that.
