What can this be? Pic

Hopefully im posting in the rite area

I have something living in this tube type hole in my Flower Pot it seems to put out this spider web type vine and catches micro stuff on it. I see two like fangs sticking out of the top of the hole never see it fully, anyone have a clue what it could be?

Looks like what I have and was told it was a vermited worm, reef safe as long as his web is not irritating any corals. HTH
