What causes Cloudy eye(s)?

In the morning my buddies eyes are somewhat cloudy & by mid afternoon they're virtually clear. I did notice a bit of an green hair algea sprout up. I don't like it but what would you say contributes to the eye issue?

do you have a ramp on and off.light? or do you have a light that just turns on?
what kind of fish? how old do you think it is?

Sorry - I was working & writing here - it's a flame angel in a 150, I have a fixture that's on a timer - atinic, then white & back to atinic again. It doesn't look like an "injury". I was just curious what you might think that would cause a cloudy eye ie: water parameters. I'm gonna do a water change tonight & see if that helps.

But I order as bacterial infection first, then fluke, then water chemical quality, just MO.
