what circulation for zoa's?

i'm setting up a zoa and rics tank and want to know what sort of circulation i need for them? i was also planing on putting a few SPS up the top of the tank away from the other coral on different rocks. would that be ok?

The SPS should be ok aslong as they won't be getting over grown by the zoas. I have quite a bit of circulation in my tank powered by a natural wave timer so it get a bit of non-laminar flow. I have found zoanthids like a bit of heavy flow, not harsh like some SPS, but heavy flow.

so what sort of tank turn over should i have. 20x per hour? 30x

I would say 30x is real good....I don't think I have quite that much but you would be good with that. Some people have more depending on what other stuff they have mixed in.
