What coral is it in the pic?
What type of lighting and flow it needs?
Also is it normal for it to form a "bubble"?

I'm not sure. But since there are no replies I'll throw my uneducated guess in here.

Some sort of chalice?

Just FYI it has polyps, small ones. They are closed for a few days. I don't think chalices have polyps. I can try to get a pic if it opens it's polyps or maybe a video.

This is a slightly better picture. It's green in color and the polyps seem to be fully extended. I don't think it is goniopora. It's about the size of of a nickel.

It's a gonipora. The flesh is very loose on that front part, it is getting hit with flow there too hard? I have one of that species, I'll try and get a picture.
