It's kind of hard to tell from those pics.

Heliopora was my first thought.

But it could be some sort of Turbinaria or maybe even a Montipora (Don't think so, but maybe) of some sort.

Hard to say without a better close up.
 
hmm...do u think 4 48" t5s is enough for it? what does it eat? and its growning little hairs on it like tiny tentacles
 
I third pavona. you're lighting is adequate, but do you have individual reflectors? those would help. it doesnt need any supplemental feeding.
 
Definetly a pavona IMO. It will take as much light as you can give it, but should be fine anywhere in the top 12" or so of the tank. They do take a little calcium to grow, so you will want to make sure you keep up on water changes and/or Ca supplimenting if you have additional stony corals. They need some current to be happy to, but other than a little of this and a little of that they are generally a very hardy coral and very attractive to me. I like their patterns. Some of them have longer thenticles than others, but most of them I have seen are some shade of green. Best of luck!
