What could come with corals (ich suspected) ?

I received several corals from Liveaquaria/Den 5 days ago. Today I found 3 whitish/grayish spots on black-white clown. Other than dots there is nothing unusual. All other fish including Kole Tang seems to not have any spots. I did transfer method for all my fish when I bought them locally many months ago. I only did 2 dips in coralrx and few hours in quarantine for corals.

Is it possible it is ich ? Could it be something else ? What is the best course of actions ?

Sure ich is possible..It can hitch a ride on just about anything ..
+1 on the pic ,,will help out a lot

These 2 pictures are best attempts (one dot between 2-nd and 3-rd white stripe in the middle):

Today there is only one spot left. It is about 1 mm or smaller and has some relief above the skin.

*I know in LFS they often keep fish and corals together but for online vendors I do not see the reason to do this. Should I see the white dots on other fish later if this is ich ? Would it be better to wait for more symptoms before any actions and risking other fish ?

do you have a problem with micro bubbles? I only ask because I thought the same thing with my onyx clowns when I got them, my sump had some micro bubbles get through and they seem to sick to the fish like glue. I actually went to remove the fish to the QT tank and the bubbles came off. Talk about relief! My guess is that sometimes the bubbles stick to the slime coat?? Not sure if that is even possible but it was the only thing that made any sense to me.

These white spots you might think bubbles are in fact small spinoid worms spanning all the time after I scrub them off. I do not have micro bubbles coming from return.
