what could i keep with my lighting

hi all

i want to make the move to sps

over the last 4 months i have read up on and adjusted my tank calcium and alk levels and mg (calcium 430 alk is 9 and mg is 1400)

i have 2 39w HO t5's and 2 36w PC all 10k over a jewel rio 180 (100cmx43cmx46cm)

is this enouh light for a plating monti or monti cap in the higher levels if not what if any sps specias could i keep

this will only be for the next 6 months while i save up for a twin mh (i am only 15 so it takes a while)

Do your T-5's have individual relfectors? If so you would be fine with Monti Caps or Monti Digitatas.

yes i have the deltec gull wing cleaned weekly

You could also try a Staghorn or a Green Slimer up top. Also, Birdsnest typically dont like tons of light.

IMO you could keep many different sps. Your growth rate will be rather slow.

A friend of mine has a 24" tall tank with 3 36" no bulbs and has kept a few acros for a long time. They didnt lose their color they just dont grow.

i prefer slow growth with colour
