What critter can move a coral around?

I have noticed over the past couple of weeks, that when I get up in the morning and look into my tank, that a couple of my coral on the sand will be moved around. For instance, an acan on a frag disk will have moved 8" overnight, and a couple of times, actually had moved across about 6" of sand and up onto the edge of the rocks. Or a frag disc of zoas that moved about 6". And I have a small rock of zoas will be turned upside down when I wake up. What would be moving stuff like this? I wouldn't think a snail on the sand could move an acan and get it up onto the rocks..... I am clueless

Sounds like you might have a crab of some sorts,or a mantis shrimp.Check at night with a red lens flashlight to see if you can find it.

snails, crabs, shrimp, fish, eels it would be easier to say what cant move corals
I agree, pretty much anything in the tank that moves can also move corals. I have a couple of fish that like to pick things up and move them around so I started glueing down my frags/corals. Sucks if you want to rearrange them later, but at least the creatures in the tank can't move them around.
