What did I do wrong

I have three very new (within a month of being in my tank, 30gal BioCube) pass on showing no signs of any sickness or any attacking with each other. They all show up the same way when I find them:

Pale white
Eyes glossed over
Take end very thin or bone showing

And also in the same spot.

I have seen no sign of parasite on any of them before entering and my rocks have recently been cleaned as well. Losing this one today now makes my tank empty and almost the final straw in losing any more. I won't be adding any until this problem is loved or can be explained.

Any advice or possible solutions or tests I can do would be greatly appreciated.

Could you provide more details: history of fish, source, type of fish, etc.
