what did i just find in my tank?

Just picked up a old frag that ended up not making it when I was doing a water change tank found these things on it can anyone help tell me what they are/ if they are bad I removed them from my tank and have never seen them before.

if you touch them they will stick their little hairs right into your skin and they are very irritating/painful from what I understand.
 
Bristleworms indeed. They look real nasty but some people think of them as a midnight cleanup crew. I personally do not like them in my tank and will yank them(use tweezers) when I see one. Also if you want to get ride of them then an arrow crab might be worth an investment. Other than that, they wont cause any damage to corals or fish.
 
They are a species of bristleworm. Good detritus scavengers. Everyone has them in theirr tanks but they avoid the light so you rarely see them with the lights on. IMO they are very useful. I would leave them.
 
I used to creep up on the tank at night with a red lense flashlight. Found 1 BW, no clue I had one until that night. I let him be. No issues
