What disease causes this?

My sailfin tang can't keep his balance...what could be causing it? He will lean to one side but is still able to right himself...any ideas??:eek1:

This can be a symptom of an infected bladder.

If that is the proper diagnosis, the fish should be fed TETRACYCLINE formulated for saltwater fish. See what's on your LFS shelf containing this drug and see that the package indicates it can be fed orally.

A saltwater fish product containing this doesn't come to mind. Maybe someone else knows a product name.
