Mccosker wrasse is laying on the floor today what disease it looks like? Please help

Hard to tell from the pictures. Can you describe behavior? scratching or just staying in one spot? Without knowing behavior I would guess bacterial

4 days back i moved him to the dt after a 6 week qt. It looked and ate perfectly well untill yesterday morning.. yesterday evening it was just laying on the sand bed just blinking his eyes. The cleaner wrasse tried to eat it i guess so it jumped out of that place and I couldn't find it now. Other than the white lines across its body, I don't see anything different.. i tried to catch it yesterday night to move it back to qt and start copper & prazipro but I couldn't find it .. my dt only has a pair of clown fish so I wouldn't think it as a fish aggression..
