What disease or diseases

I know that I have ick in the tank, but what about the ragged fins and milky film on the fish?
A yellow clown goby (no pic) also has irregular areas on it's skin.

The Sunburst Anthius could not be caught and died today.
the goby is in QT with copper. Hope he makes it.
