What disease

My Bangaii cardinal seems to have a disease

What do you think it is and how would you treat it?

Sorry the image is blurry - looks like a white spot just in front of the gills - it is raised a little bit

my blue tang has a spot like that i dont know what it is but i dont think
it is any thing to worry about because it happen about a year ago it was there for a few days and went away
