What do I do about blue

I have a Fuji S7000. I am taking pics from the top down of my corals in my frag tank. The tank is only 6 inches high so with the sand and me holding the camera lens about a 1/2 inch from the water surface the corals are about 3 - 4 inches away. I am running 14K MH bulbs with no supplements and this is the type of pics I get

What am I doing wrong? I have tried everything to get rid of this washed out blue color. I see so many people taking beautiful pics using blue lighting (actinic, 20K, 14K).

The only way I get a half decent pic is if I use my T5 whites along with the MH but I can't take any as I get to the corals that are directly under the MH or I get the results above even with the T5s.

i also want to know what we can do about taking the blue out. it doesnt show the true color.. i know that underwater housing helps. but i think it depends on the camera too?

Another option, whenever you have a single color cast you can remove it easily in post processing.
