I have a 48" Lunar Aqualight (Coral Life) and the box says:

2 65 watt actinic 03 blue FL
2 10,000 K FL

As I am totally confused about the lighting can you tell me do I have VO? HVO? When I go to my local LFS and I am looking at softies, the guy always asks what kind of lighting do you have
and I tell him ACTINIC but he looks at me like I have 3 heads.

Thanks for anyone's input on this confusing (for me) topic.

Sounds like Power Compacts to me. Should be good enough for softies.

Power Compacts and you can keep softies, mushrooms and LPS. I wouldn't consider any SPS or clams.
