What do I run with the clams!!!!

I have been doing some massive research in the past few weeks and am on my way of setting up 56gallon clam tank. dimensions: 36"X18"X20" I am in the process of drawing up the refug/sump and was wondering what things I should be running along with the clams.
Do I run:
foam fractionator
carbon
phosban
any chemicals
do I dose anything extra


I am trying to find out if there is any special things I need to add or run in order to have happy clams. I did read just about all the material so far that is on here and appreciate all the other threads. Just wondering what other people have done.

if it is only going to be clams and corals i would not run po4 remover or carbon... the clams do that

I might have one of two fish but I take it that should not be a problem. thanks
