I've been using a mixture of Mysis Shrimp, Marine Snow, and Kent Marine Coral Accell. I've had great results.

I do have a fish in my frag tank. but to those who keep zoas/palys in thier display tank as well. fish waste i find is the best form of food/nutrients.. ZnP's like water chem with high nutrient levels some say "dirty water"... but yet again dont nuke your tank with over feeding... IMO

yea when it comes to any frag tank i find its better to have livestock/fish makes the corals and frags grow faster.. but the more the fish load the more water changes... skimmer etc.... id look at the coral and prop forum as well.. 4 411 n tips

Yes, it is true. It's one of the reasons I always ask someone who isn't getting any growth, if they have fish and what kind.

+1 on waste and dirty water. I hear this a lot. Correct lighting to specific zoas.

I have been using marine snow once a week and the PE at this point is very good on the SPS and the paly's, green star palyp's and zoas are at full bloom. I also see growth on the SPS and it's only been about 3 weeks. I .....like it lol

I don't know if this is a good way of feeding or does anything, but i feed PE mysis to my fish by mixing it in a shot glass with some tank water. I then take a dropper and get all the mysis out and feed them to the fish. Then I draw some of the water left in the shot glass and spot feed my corals. My corals seem happy but I don't know if its because I do this.

Where do you get your reef chili? I've been told to pick some up specificaly for some of my new frags.....
