+1 RGComplete. I like it because it has a pH buffer and ammonia reducer built in. Just make sure not to overfeed. I've done that and crashed my culture (so having two buckets is a good idea too).

Look into getting a different nano from Reed called Rotigrow +

It's the most bang for the buck and has a 2 year shelf life versus 6 mths for the RG Complete. Plus you can dilute RG+ to make it last even longer, saving you lots of $$$ in the long run.

I use RG Complete because it has the ph buffer and ammonia reducer in it.
I ran out of my rg complete and had some rotigrow plus so i am using that for now but it does not have the other stuff you need in it. Imo it does not save you money because you have to buy the ammonia reducer and ph buffer instead of just buying it all in one bottle.

The reason I said it will save you money is because most of us hobby breeders are not going to use a 32oz bottle of RGCOMPLETE in 6mths before it expires whereas a bag of rotigrow plus has a shelf life of 4x as long. To battle the ammonia issue all you need is small 5lb container of ClorAm-X($40) which you will need anyway to control the ammonia in your larvae tanks. Normal water changes in the rotifer buckets will maintain steady PH levels. Everyone has their own methods, but this is what works for me. Good Luck!!

You cannot dilute RG+ for anything but immediate usage FWIW, and RGcomplete *is* RG+, just more dilute to alow for the pH buffer and ChorAm-X. It should have the same shelf life frozen ;) We just have not run that trial, we had it started but it got interrupted. Many hobbyists recently have reported they purchase 32oz RGC and thaw it in portions.

RGcomplete A+++ but make sure you get a big bottle if your going to do more then a batch or two. I'm at the bottom of mine and I've only done one batch of eggs.

Big bottle RG complete, and I've been using there bucket it stays alot cleaner than the second bucket that is just a 5 gallon with an air line. I wish the rest of the process raising clowns was as easy as rotifers.
