What do you feed your Blenny?

i had a starry blenny for a while and it primarily scoured the rocks for algae but would attack algae sheet (like nori) that i would crush up a bit and spread in the tank like flake food. rod's food also initiated quite the feeding response. after a while the fish didn't wait for it to leave my hand before starting to eat.
