What do you feed your clowns ?

I have a pair of regular True perc. About 2 years old now.
They enjoy Formula 1 small pellets. No flakes

I have another pair of Rods clown. They are about 1 year old.
But they do not seem to like anything.
I feed them Formula 1, they will eat like 3 and stop.
I feed them Hikari. They will eat a like 3 too and stop.
I feed frozen mysis. Did not like them.
I feed flakes. Did not like them.
But they seems to like cylcofreeze powder. But it is in a powder form.
They are constantly searching for food.

Tomorrow I will get a pair of Donis clown. What should I feed them ?

What do you feed your clowns ? Please advise.

I feed mine frozen brine shrimp, with every now n then some live brine

Rods food, brings out great color

I feed mine Rods, PE Mysis, Marine Cuisine.

Rods food seems expensive, and comes frozen in a seal bag.
Do I break a small piece or defroze the whole thing ?
Will it cloud up the water ?
Do I need to turn pump off ?
Small 1 inch clown is ok ?
