What do you feed your clowns?

I've still got several weeks before my cycle is complete and I can start looking at livestock, but I know we want a pair of clowns. I'm wondering what you like to feed yours and how often?

Them guys will eat anything ... can't go wrong with any of the marine frozen foods flakes or pallets... so I vote for variety

+1 for the comment above.^^^

If they were by themselves , I would probably feed them good staple diet with parsimonious frozen treats... but because of finicky roommates I feed :
Nls pellets, cobalt pro breeder, frozen spirulin brine shrimp, ON formula one and formula 2 ,reef caviar, cyclops, PE calamus, frozen and live mysis, frozen mussel, dried algae ( nori) , live copepods ( grown in a separate tank) and without my consent ( 🤣) lysmata hatchlings released every couple weeks or so.

I Feed twice a day.

I have fed only formula one small pellets for years (almost 10) to my clown pair (all my fish actually), and yes they are healthy and lays eggs. I feed 4x a week only.
